Formulation 1: Low-gloss white alkyd coating

Zinc Oxide (Kaclox 515) | 46.70 |
5% Calcium Naphthenate | 7.90 |
Beckosol P-470-60 Alkyd Resin | 7.73 |
Solvent Oil (bp. 150~200) | 6.53 |
Levelling Agent | 7.15 |
Solvent Oil (bp. 150~200) | 6.52 |
6% Colbalt Naphthenate | 8.16 |
MEKO | 7.65 |
Place the first 6 ingredients in a colloid mill and reduce the particle size to 6 Hegman (25.00um). Add the remaining ingredients in sequence while stirring and mix thoroughly.
Characteristics and Use:
1. Interior wood and concrete coating.
2. High wear resistance.
